Refund policy
We do our best to make sure all items are in gently used condition and as described. If we do happen to miss something, please contact us at thriftykidsonline@gmail.com within seven days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must appear as they did when purchased. In store returns are free of charged, however if items must be shipped customer is responsible for shipping cost.
