Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. We do our best to make sure all items are in gently used condition and as described. If we do happen to miss something, please contact us at thriftykidsonline@gmail.com within two days of receiving the item so that we can make it right! 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and E-transfer.

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently we only ship within Canada.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary.

 

I'm local, how do I receive my items?

Free local pick-up is available in Brockville, ON. Select "I'm local" at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready with instructions on scheduling pickup. Local delivery is also available within 25 km of Brockville for $5 and is FREE on orders over $50. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and deliver your order. 

 

What condition are the clothes in?

All items are carefully inspected before listing so we can provide gently used items without stains or tears.  

 

How often do you add new items?

New items are added weekly! Check out our facebook and instagram for sneak peaks!

 

Are you currently buying children's clothing ?

Yes! We are currently buying clothing, shoes, accessories, toys and books.

 

Are you online only?

Currently yes, we are an online only store.
