Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached, and you must present the original receipt. Items can be returned in store at 840 Stewart Blvd, Brockville ON, or can be shipped back at your expense. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and E-transfer.

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently we only ship within Canada.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary.

 

I'm local, how do I receive my items?

Free local pick-up is available in Brockville, ON. Select "I'm local" at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready with instructions on scheduling pickup. Local delivery is also available within the city limits of Brockville for FREE on all orders and for $5 for deliveries within 30 kms of Brockville. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and deliver your order. 

 

What condition are the clothes in?

All items are carefully inspected before listing so we can provide gently used items without stains or tears.  

 

How often do you add new items?

New items are added weekly! Check out our facebook and instagram for sneak peaks!

 

Are you currently buying children's clothing ?

No, we have currently put a hold on purchasing items while we sort through inventory, but we are still accepting any and all donations.

 

Are you online only?

We also have an in-store location that recently opened at 840 Stewart Blvd. Brockville, ON.
